Remote Approval delegation mode support & new OIDC authentication configuration options
WorkflowGen 7.21.0 introduces support for delegation mode in the Remote Approval module. Remote Approval lets users perform request approvals via email, as an alternative to launching the actual form within the WorkflowGen User Portal. It’s an optional route for a regular form approval action in a WorkflowGen process, and is embedded inside the form approval action that asynchronously triggers a notification to the user using the WorkflowGen notification engine. The new support for delegations introduced in version 7.21.0 now allows delegatees to perform approvals by email as well.
OIDC authentication enhancements
The OIDC authentication module has been updated to version 2.3.0 and now includes two new configuration options. The AuthResponseMode option sets an alternative response mode that will be used to send back information from the provider to the authentication module (if the provider supports it). The AuthDecodeAccessToken option skips previously required access token decoding, which some authentication service providers don’t support.
